Site Plan
County submittal checklist — complete all items before submitting
0 of 9 complete

Your site plan must be drawn to an engineering scale (1″ = 10′, 1″ = 20′, etc.) and submitted in two copies — either printed or electronically. Work through this checklist before uploading your plan for AI review. All items marked REQUIRED must be present for county acceptance.

Plan is drawn to standard engineering scaleRequired
Acceptable scales: 1″ = 10′, 1″ = 20′, 1″ = 30′, 1″ = 40′, 1″ = 50′, or 1″ = 100′. Scale must be labeled on the plan.
Two copies prepared for submittalRequired
Two paper copies OR one electronic submittal via the County Electronic Submittal Process. Both copies must be identical.
Property lines, dimensions, and lot area labeledRequired
All boundary lines shown with dimensions. Total lot/parcel area expressed in square feet or acreage.
All proposed and existing structures located and labeledRequired
Include all structures: main dwelling, accessory structures (sheds, garages, barns), decks, porches, and propane tanks. Label each with its use.
Parking compliance shown (2 spaces per dwelling)Required
Minimum 2 parking spaces per dwelling unit. Parking area must be durable and dust-free — paved or concrete. Indicate surface material on plan.
All bordering roads named, widths shown, public/private labeledRequired
Every road bordering the property must show: road name, right-of-way width, and designation as public or private.
Proposed driveway access and width shownRequired
Show driveway location and width. If access crosses a drainage ditch, culvert, or stream, note this on the plan. Ties to driveway approach permit.
All water features identified and labeled
Show and label: ponds, springs, ravines, streams, creeks, lakes, rivers, and wetlands. Include distance to the ordinary high-water mark (OHWM) if known.
All easements shown with type, width, and restrictionsRequired
Each easement must be located on the plan with: easement type (utility, access, drainage, etc.), width in feet, and any use restrictions.
Well, septic tank, drain field, and reserve area located with setback distancesRequired
Show all: well(s), septic/pump tank, drain field, reserve drain field area, and tight lines. Dimension distances between each element and from property lines, structures, water bodies, wetlands, and flood plains. Must match the approved Chelan-Douglas Health District site plan exactly.
