Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 9, 2026

The short version. We collect your email, the details of your land project, and the feasibility reports you upload. We use them to run the service you asked for. We send your reports to an AI provider to analyze them, and to a payment processor to take payment. We do not sell your information, and we do not use your reports to train AI models. You can ask us to delete everything at any time.

1. Who we are

Home Site Pros ("we," "us") operates homesitepros.com, a residential land feasibility platform for Washington State. For any privacy question, or to request deletion of your data, contact us at privacy@homesitepros.com.

3. Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary with the service providers that make the product work:

Public GIS servicesFEMA, USDA, USFWS, USGS, and county GIS servers receive the parcel coordinates you look up. They do not receive your identity.

About the AI analysis

When you upload a feasibility report, its contents are transmitted to Anthropic's API so that Claude can read it and extract findings. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, data submitted through the API is not used to train their models. We do not use your reports to train any model, and we do not share your reports with other users, with vendors, or with your county.

4. What we never do

5. How long we keep it

We keep your account, project data, and uploaded reports for as long as your account is open, so that you can return to a project months later — which is normal in land feasibility. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your project data and uploaded reports within 30 days. We retain payment records for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

6. Your rights

Regardless of where you live, you may ask us to:

Email privacy@homesitepros.com and we will respond within 30 days. We will not charge you, and we will not treat you differently for asking.

If you are a California resident, the CCPA gives you these rights explicitly, plus the right to know whether we sell or share your personal information. We do not.

Washington's My Health My Data Act concerns consumer health data. We do not collect health data.

7. Security

Your data is protected by Supabase Row Level Security, which restricts every record to the account that created it. Traffic to and from the site is encrypted with TLS. Passwords are hashed and salted; nobody at Home Site Pros can read them. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify affected users promptly if we ever learn of a breach involving personal information.

8. Children

This service is intended for adults conducting property transactions. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

9. Changes

If we change this policy in a way that materially affects how we handle your information, we will update the date at the top and notify account holders by email before the change takes effect.

Note for review. This policy accurately describes how the site currently works, but it has not been reviewed by an attorney. Before relying on it, have counsel licensed in Washington review it alongside your Terms of Service, and fill in the entity name and address above.
